Muhammad said the truth about western people, so why they don't do the same ?

This is some of Prophet Muhammad Saying about the western people and their qualities, non muslims should know what Muhammad said about them, so please read carefully this saying:

Al-Mas'oud Al-Qarachy said: I heart Muhammad (pbuh) say: The hour will come and the Romans ( Means Western people now) has the biggest population count, and they have four qualities: They are gentles in war/conflit, the fastest prospect after a disaster, fastest returning after breaking( in wars) , the best helpers for orphans and vulnerables. And a fifth pretty good*: they are the most protected from the njustice of kings. (ibn taymiya)

Muhammad was talking about five qualities in western culture:
They are the most gentle people in the earth.
They react very fast after deseases.
The fastest in wars.
They are the best people in donation and helping orphans and vulnerables.
They are the most protect people from the injustice of kings.
